Produce company seeking employee for our fast pace receiving department. Must be able to: • operate an electric jack, manual jack, and fork lift • lift packages that weigh between 1 lb to 100 lbs • work with and take direction from team leader/supervisor • manage inventory counts • check and understand quality • put product away in proper order • work beginning at 7:00 am until the job is complete • work in a refrigerated environment • count and take product temperatures and complete necessary paperwork • work as a team • work on Sundays • enter information in log books for tracking and food safety measure • temperature check product Additional responsibilities include: • daily warehouse cleaning and organizing • daily maintenance Idea candidate should have excellent communication skills, work well with others, take direction, work at a fast pace, understand a warehouse slot system and read receiving tickets to understand product due in.
