We are looking for a groundskeeper/maintenance worker. Responsibilities for this position are to Performs regular routes and directed grounds/landscape maintenance by watering, cleaning, and upkeeping the appearance of the property. Maintaining property functions, buildings, and equipment. But not limited too. Skill required: Detail-oriented.... Problem-solving ability.... Organizational skills.... Physical ability.... Able to work quickly under pressure... Versatility. Handyman No formal education is needed for the position, although a high school diploma is preferred. The benefits are great.
