In this 6-week series, we will learn different and practice different techniques that are helpful in building empathy, loving-kindness and compassion. Compassion practices can quickly change our attitude and our lives, befitting us along with those we come into contact with.
You can expect guided breathing, guided meditation, along with discussion and opportunities for journaling. There will be no physical movement, other than the possibility of restorative/resting poses for guided breathing
