Bring meditation to your daily life!
In this series class, we will discuss the benefits to bringing meditation into your (daily) life, how to set your life up so that a meditation practice fits into it, how to begin meditating, and how to overcome the typical obstacles that come up. We will practice simple breathing and meditation techniques, and there will be opportunities for journaling/taking notes and discussion. There will be no physical movement, other than the possibility of restorative/resting poses for guided breathing.
