Looking to have rubber roof installed. Existing roof is standing seam metal with a raised two by four gutter system. Would like to eliminate the gutter system, install ISO board, and new rubber roof. Dimensions are 11 ft by 18 ft. You can see from the photos the adjoining property has rubber. There is one chimney and one vent pipe.
