We are in need of a handyman who can can do basic maintenance in our apartment buildings throughout Manhattan. The job can vary as we do yearly rentals, and short term rental. Some of the duties are fix up for our guest, garbage dumping, putting furniture together, painting, apartment punch out, etc. Compensation is negotiable based on the skill set of the employee.
