Mid Size General Construction Firm in search of a full time purchaser for in house construction material and also material for sub contractors. ** HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS OFFERED Must be able to meet the following criteria... -Must have computer experience. Must be proficient in PRO CORE, Emailing. -Must be organized and good at following up. -Must understand that part of the job is to go out on the field to understand the materials that our company is using on site on a daily basis -Must have a VERY good understanding of construction materials, and means and methods. -Construction field background in the field is a plus. -Must have good negotiating skills -Must not be afraid to always find the best price. -Must have the ability to negotiate pricing prior to each project starting to lock in the best pricing possible for the entirety of the project. -Job starts at 8 AM till 4:30 PM or later sometimes depending on orders that may need to get out -Email
