Experienced Irrigation Technician - Lawn Sprinklers Family owned Irrigation company on the North Shore of LI with over 20 years experience is seeking an experienced professional to join our hardworking team. Our clients range from residential estates to commercial contracts. Minimum of 5 years experience in the lawn sprinkler irrigation field. Primary Responsibilities Include: - New installation of irrigation system - Maintenance & repair of existing systems - Troubleshooting & diagnostics of systems - Selling and installing WiFi clocks for new and existing systems - Experience running your own crew Pay based on experience; from $20/hr +. Bonuses available. Paid Holidays. Must have dependable transportation to and from our location. Must have clean and valid NYS drivers license. Willing to work long hours. Monday - Saturday. **This is a physically demanding position in an outdoor environment. Duties consists of digging trenches in all types of weather and varies other tasks. The Spring season is extremely busy with customer system turn-ons, repairs and installations. You will be expected to work 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM plus OT.** The evenings could run as late as 7:00 PM if needed. This is a seasonal business from April to December.
