TOP PAY Warehouse Job Description: · Loading & Unloading palletized freight · Picking, packing, and processing orders · Inspect products for defects and damages · Label and prepare stock for put-away · Organize warehouse space · Check and verify orders for packing · Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations · Keep warehouse clean and organized daily · Valid driver’s license with clean driving record · Ability to drive company vehicles between warehouses Ability to lift < 70Lbs · Proven warehouse experience · High school diploma or GED · Self-Motivated and works well within a team environment · Excellent attention to detail · Ability to operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment · Adequate knowledge of various computer programs · Constant movement will be required Machine Operator Job description: Shift: 1st & 2nd shifts available Schedule: 24/7 operation ¿ working 12-hour shifts, they will not rotate shifts, but days rotate and have a set 2-week schedule (For example: wk. 1 = 3 days on/4 off & wk. 2 = 4days on/3 off) Perform setup and operate a machine to produce face masks, complying with quality and scheduling requirements. DUTIES: Ensure work area (s) and equipment are maintained in a clean, orderly and safe condition, that prescribed safety measures are followed, that established company and department policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to. Inspect equipment for proper operation and ensure all Safety measures are in place Troubleshoot equipment and material problems. Detect and report improper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervision. Work from work orders, machine set-up sheets, control plans, SOPs as well as written/verbal instructions from supervisor. Set-up machine following the control plan and set-up sheet. Receive material, verify against inventory control number and visually inspect for defects. Ensure material is properly loaded on to machine and start processing. Monitor machine operation and ensure quality requirements are satisfied. Print inventory tickets or complete NCR¿s for non-complying materials as required. Input order information into computer order allocation program to ensure accurate records of materials used on orders. Prepare and maintain records of work performed or other data, reports as required. Maintain established quality and quantity standards. Perform other related duties as assigned or as required. Requirements REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read, write and understand English to read and comprehend setup sheets, SOP¿s, etc., Communicate with management and other personnel. Able to work well with others. Possess basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions. Some overhead lifting of approximately 20 lbs. required Previous experience in a factory environment or with moving machinery preferred. Must be willing to work overtime.
