Chic Events DC together with the City of Manassas will be hosting its fourth crafts and desserts fair this fall, on Saturday, October 30th from 10am-4pm at Manassas Museum, in Manassas, VA. Because Halloween is around the corner, we will have a KIDS' COSTUME PARADE with BEST COSTUME prize from 1:00pm - 1:30pm.
