Mowing and Maintenance Team Members

We're a thriving organic-based lawn care and landscaping firm operating in and around AVL. We are looking for a minimum of 4 team members to join us! You need: • Knowledge: Experience operating zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, blowers, edgers, and any other typical mowing & maintenance equipment. • Punctuality: Being on time means being a minimum of 5 minutes early each day. Our workday begins at 8AM. • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation: Consistent ability to get to and from our facility each workday. • The 3 D's: Dependability, Drama-free, and Drug-free: We show up on time, in a positive mood, ready to work. We also do not allow tobacco use (smoking or vaping) during the workday. Must pass background check prior to hiring confirmation. Our company offers many incentives to our employees, including an inclement weather policy that ensures you get paid a minimum number of hours each week, rain or shine (including through Winter months).
