looking for a MASTER at hanging sheetrock, tape/finish/texture

Looking for a HIGHLY experienced person at hanging sheetrock and taping and finishing..and doing knockdown.. I have a ceiling with about 12 sheets of sheetrock normal 8 foot height it has a few tiny dips in it and we tried a thicker texture but still showing so I think we need to take it all down and rehung and finish and do knock down again. I also have upstairs a cathedral ceiling needs 12 piece in ceiling taped and mudded and then the ceiling shot with popcorn. MUST have tools and ladders to do the job.. Come see and we can discuss pay but I am thinking $40 a sheet. I can get a man to take it down if needed.. It can be ready in a few hours...Upstairs is ready now and on the wall upstairs I need about 4 sheets taped and floated and shot with orange peel. I have the hopper and compressor if needed and ladders I can borrow if needed.
