The Medve Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full-Time Housekeeper at The Arts Apartments at Bluebonnet Place Apartments in Baton Rouge, LA! This position is responsible for cleaning apartments after move-outs and getting them move-in ready. Additionally, he/she will aide in upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role. Previous housekeeping experience is required! Primary Functions: • Obtains list of vacant units that need to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs in order to prepare work assignments • Prepare vacant units for occupancy • Daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings • Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property Competitive Pay + Excellent Benefits + 35% Rental Discount This is an essential service position and available for immediate hire.
