An all inclusive, supportive, and fun community for women/mothers looking for a great workout! Fit4Mom is designed to meet every woman where she’s at in fitness, in motherhood...in life! Through an all inclusive, supportive & fun community, Fit4Mom provides a space for every woman to find her own Fit (& often times her best friends!) + grow her mind, body & soul! In this one hour ‘Find Your Fit’ class, Fit4Mom will get your heart rate up with short cardio bursts, get your legs burnin’ with agility & lower body targeted exercises + tone those arms & abs with body weight & resistance band moves! Modifications are available at all times so this workout is truly designed for every woman! __ Fitness area location within Mesa Mall : All sessions will be held inside Mesa Mall in a private area. Meet Cait, your fitness instructor, in front of Starbucks in Clock Court before each session (closest parking by Target or Cabela's)
