Description
We are seeking Pet Daycare & Boarding Staff to join our team!
You will assist in the development and supervision of both dogs and cats.
Responsibilities:
In charge of managing multi-dog play groups ranging from small to big dogs in a safe and compassionate manner.
Responsible for the well-being of animals in our care.
Provide a safe, controlled & clean environment in our daycare at all times.
Responsible to observe good health practices and procedures.
Provide top quality customer service when needed.
Perform cleaning tasks as needed.
Bathe dogs as needed.
Performed feeding/watering tasks as needed.
Dispense medications if needed.
Reporting animal abnormalities to management.
Cleaning dog suites and cat condos when needed.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience working with dogs and cats.
Must work well with dogs, cats, and humans in a fast paced environment.
Should be able to perform physically demanding work.
Should be able to work in a noisy environment.
Should be able to understand general dog and cat behavior.
Should be able to walk, bend, kneel or crouch and lift or move up to 60 LBS.
Should be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Should be able to work outside in all weather conditions (including rain and extreme heat)
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
