Help & Advise needed for a sick puppy

Thank you for taking the time to read this posting. I am a Pompano Beach resident with 5 year old special breed dog who is sick with the following symptoms: Nauesa, Throwing Up, Diarrhea & Lost Hair in a large patch. If anyone knows of any free or low cost pet clinics in this area, their info would be greatly appreciated. It is heartbreaking watching my puppy & best friend really sick.
