Solar Panel Upgrades / Battery Swaps

Looking for a contractor to assist us with an upcoming rollout to upgrade solar panels and add batteries to existing solar deployments around Indianapolis. You will be adding solar controllers, upgrading panels, installing a battery shelf, wiring it and replacing 12v batteries when necessary. If you have basic familiarity with electronics / wiring we can show you the rest in a few minutes. You will need a van or truck to transport equipment, an A frame 8 or 10ft ladder or (multipurpose 22'), some basic hand tools (standard wire stripper crimper for 12gauge wire), a snow shovel, and appropriate clothing for working outdoors. If you need a ladder we can provide one for the duration of the job. Equipment is en route now via freight, we expect a delivery date of Thurs or Friday, and to get started Saturday rolling out the equipment. Compensation is by the hour plus mileage reimbursement, paid weekly ACH bank draft. This is a 1-2 week engagement, upgrading a total of 100 sites working with a team of 3 others. Mileage is calculated from our warehouse in Noblesville where all the equipment is held for pickup / dropoff.
