Hillsboro Ford is looking for someone with a great personality and work ethic first and foremost. We need a leader for our reconditioning department. This position requires the ability to lead the other staff in the department and also be able to detail vehicles. If you can lead by example and aren't afraid of physical work and can also gain the respect of your peers, you will love this job. We have a great working environment and we can train reconditioning skills but we can't teach you how to be positive and hardworking.
