Precedent has already been set, we CAN and HAVE not only held an impeachment trial AFTER someone left office but even impeached them after they resigned! tRump was impeached while in office, the man who prevented his trial happening before he left was Mitch McConnell, who voted today NOT to hold the trial! Is this an impartial juror? tRump's defense argued that this impeachment was an attempt to overturn the will of 74 million voters but tRump LOST! And, he's being impeached for TRYING TO OVERTURN THE WILL OF 81 MILLION VOTERS!
