Take a look at Our staircase installation teams drive a beautifully outfitted Mercedes Sprinter Van with all the tools and equipment needed to install Viewrail staircases. We provide training in Gochen, IN where you will become an expert in what you do. Each team consists of three installers. We have a Team Lead already recruited and we are looking for a Team Lead 2nd and an Assistant. Some basic building experience or mechanical work experience is all we are looking for. We will train you. We cannot hire anyone where a background check shows up a felony. We have a zero tolerance drug policy and do drug testing. Our teams are very clean. That's how we roll.
