Moving to Pasco

Greetings I am looking into and considering moving to Pasco or a nearby location. I've lived in Southern California my entire life. I am 31. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Also, what is it like living over there in Pasco and the Surrounding areas. I don't mind the cold weather. I love the outdoors and nature. Give Thanks!
