Full time position in casual office environment available.
Monday thru Friday 8 hours a day (8 am until 4:30 pm) for small (25+ employees) hectic B2B service provider.

Primary Duties
-Shipping/Receiving/Pick-Up/Delivery of customer equipment
-Ability to check-in all shipments and ship out all completed orders daily.
-Communication and follow-up with customers and vendors.
-Customer support via phone and e-mail.
-Tracking and managing customer orders.
-Additional support of other departments as necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with good record.
Pass a drug/alcohol test / with frequent random testing.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
Experience using current version of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) is required.
Experience using UPS WorldShip is preferred.
Experience using Quickbooks 2018 for creating purchase orders and estimates is preferred.
Experience operating a fork lift is a plus.
Duties may require standing at least 75% of the day.
Must be detail oriented and diligent with the ability to work through tasks from start to finish.
Excellent at multitasking.
Potential for overtime / weekend work.
