The ideal candidate for the job may possess floral design experience with attention to detail. Must be willing and able to learn silk floral work and copy arrangements. Job Duties Design and create floral arrangements including table arrangements, sprays, arch pieces, and large arrangements. Must be able to manage inventory of silk flowers for multiple weddings throughout each weekend. Work with a wide range of silk flower inventory and greenery. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Will work alongside the floral team members to deliver a flawless floral experience for brides. Communicate with wedding designer to achieve brides desired floral design for her wedding day. Follow all company expectations to the highest standard.
