SERVPRO of Cape Coral is a leader in fire and water damage clean-up and restoration. We specialize in helping our residential and commercial customers recover from fire, water, mold, storm damage, and more. Currently we are seeking a full time employee as a production crew chief/technician. This person must be ambitious, tactful, effective communicator, honest, able to work effectively in a team environment and alone, willing to work long, odd hours and have excellent problem solving skills. We promote from within so if you are a leader and learn quickly you could be promoted to a crew chief that oversees the production technicians at each jobsite. Requirements -Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work odd, long hours and on weekends and holidays. -24-hour emergency service. Must be willing to be on call as needed -A valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record -Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft -Must be able to pass a drug test -Must have reliable transportation 24/7 -Professional appearance and great attitude -Must have a great attitude and eagerness to learn -Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds -Must have solid written and oral communication skills -Must work well in a TEAM environment and be a great leader -Computer knowledge is required (iPhone, iPad, etc.) Construction experience is a plus but not required. IICRC certification's are plus but not required. Some jobs we perform are drying out wet structures, smoke/fire clean up, sewage clean up, mold remediation, and carpet and tile cleaning. *If you do not meet any of the criteria DO NOT APPLY!
