Green Newton is searching for an experienced part-time Program Manager to assist in promoting sustainable solutions to environmental problems facing Newton and our world. The Program Manager will work alongside the Board and President to broaden engagement in the Newton community through marketing and messaging, to provide comprehensive support and organization for Green Newton, to manage membership and donations, and to help Green Newton run smoothly and effectively.
Green Newton is seeking a motivated and flexible individual with good public communication, organizational, and analytical skills, in addition to being invested in our environmental mission. This person will work up to 18 hours per week, compensated at $28 per hour. Hours are flexible, though some evening and weekend hours are required. 3.6 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).
