Cat Needs Permanent Home

Trying to find this cat a permanent home. Her owner passed away about a month ago. She is approximately 1.5 years old, but is really small (~6lbs). I took her in as a foster and was open to adopt, but my resident cat isn't taking to her. I think she could probably adjust to a home with other pets. She is fine with my dog and it is clearly my cat that's the problem. She has a great personality. She takes a little bit to warm up (i.e., she hid for two days when I first brought her home), but after that she's been fine and likes to be right in the middle of everything. She likes to follow me around the house and loves attention. She is very energetic, curious, playful. She is up to date on shots (due in July for annual shots and due for rabies July 2023). Please include some information about yourself and why you would make a great home for her. $50 rehoming fee to try to ensure a good home and will be put towards the cost of the spay. **She is not spayed yet, but has an appointment in Fresno on 2/22/21 and will be available for adoption after that date.
