Dawn Pfaff, president and CEO of State Listings, Inc., owner of My State MLS, NY State MLS, and LA State MLS, has been named a top individual for GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s CRE Tech Influencer series. She was chosen as an accomplished leader within the technology field of commercial real estate. GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s CRE Tech Influencer honorees are commercial real estate professionals who have positively impacted the marketplace through their technological expertise and efforts in creating or implementing improved technology applications and opportunities. GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum collected nominations and selected top professionals within the industry. Honorees are highlighted in the January/February 2021 issue of GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, which was distributed on February 9, 2021. Pfaff founded State Listings, Inc. in 2009 as NY State MLS to fill a void in the market and offer agents and brokers their own statewide MLS, featuring streamlined listing options, ownership of data and a variety of enhanced tools to fit their unique needs. In 2015, the company expanded to My State MLS in response to a nationwide demand. LA State MLS debuted in October 2020. Today, it covers all 50 states and Puerto Rico with more than 50,000 members, making it one of the largest MLS platforms in the country. The technology platform now offers a full suite of custom solutions, educational services, webinars, and serves as a resource for its members and real estate professionals across the industry. The software allows members to list all property types including residential, commercial, land, multi-unit, manufactured on leased land, business, rental, seasonal/vacation rental and more. Pfaff is a technology entrepreneur who has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 20 years from nearly every angle possible.
