Our mission is to help people reconnect with their community , with healthy food options , nature and each other in healthy and sustainable ways.

We are excited to be supporting the San Antonio community again this year in reducing the negative impact of food deserts. During this event our Master Gardeners will provide a tour of our year-round programing space hosted by Heavenly Gardens on the Eastside of San Antonio. The tour will be followed by hands-on instruction on how to care for, harvest and maintain food gardens in an affordable and sustainable ways.
Due to COVID-19 our maximum capacity for this event will be 45 to maintain proper social distancing. All attendees must wear face mask covering mouth and nose when social distancing can not be maintained.
WHAT TO WEAR: For your safety please wear closed toed shoes, long sleeves ,and work gloves.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a bottle of water to drink and canned goods to donate.
