BELTSVILLE, MD — Officials said a man died Sunday morning in a Beltsville house fire. The fire department has not yet identified the victim. An incident report noted that the blaze started around 7:16 a.m. in the 12000 block of Beltsville Drive. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from a middle unit in a row of townhomes, the write-up added. The Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Service also sent a few units to the scene. The Prince George's County Fire/EMS Department did not mention what started the fire or whether it was accidental. It also did not estimate how much the repairs will cost.
