South San Francisco - We are looking for qualified maintenance people at lovely apartment communities in the East Bay. Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, apartment turnovers, grounds, work orders, etc. Onsite housing is available if it meets your family’s needs. Must have driver’s license, tools and reliable transportation. Must be able to follow Managers instructions and stick to a turn schedule. We have been in business for 35 years and we own all of our properties. We are well established in the area and have a great reputation in the industry. $25-$26 per hour plus benefits.
