Seeking skilled Painter, Carpenter, Handyman for maintenance position in S.F. (pacific heights) Small boutique Real Estate Management Company seeking a person with experience to work full time in painting, maintenance, repairs, carpentry, and remodeling of kitchens, baths, appliances, etc in upscale apartment buildings in San Francisco. Light electrical and plumbing skills also required. MUST BE: RESPONSIBLE and MATURE with references and a clean driving and police record. Must also be a "team player", as well as able to work independently. MUST HAVE: Experience, References, Basic Tools, Reliable truck & clean driving record. A computer/smartphone and basic computer literacy; Reliable at all times with e-mail, picture, video, and text messaging capabilities. SKILLS REQUIRED: Work independently with good follow-through. A Team player. Ability to organize your daily schedule and prioritize work in a logical way. Works well with management. Patient and friendly demeanor and RESPECT for others is an absolute MUST. Always polite and helpful, with a good attitude and work ethic. Enjoy working with people. Work in a neat and clean manner, always cleaning up after yourself. Take responsibility for and pride in your work. Dedication and loyalty to the job and the people you work for. Good people and communication skills. Ability to work with timesheets, collect receipts, allocate expenses, and track your time. COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience. Contract to Full-time potential.
