To learn more about our company, please visit our website at: www.BlackDiamondLandscape.com POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES • Performing hardscape tasks such as: re-grading levels, switching out broken or stained pavers, low voltage lighting, devising solutions for failing drainage systems. • Performing landscape tasks such as: installing new irrigation valves, fixing irrigation leaks, replacing and/or installing new plants, etc. • Survey existing conditions on residential hardscape / landscape installation projects, identify quality and safety problems and resolve issues accordingly. • Monitor and report on installation team performance and areas for improvement. • Identify additional services that may be required and present all options to the customer. • Manage safety program and jobsite safety conditions. REQUIREMENTS • Experience in the hardscape/landscape industry with product and procedures knowledge. • Must be dependable, punctual, organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to positively interact with customers and handle customer issues. • A team player, who can work independently or supervised, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. • Willingness to expand knowledge base and skill levels – enjoys learning. • Clean driving record with valid CA driver’s license. • Knowledge of basic OSHA-regulated safety measures. • Bi-lingual English/Spanish is helpful, but not required. • Completion of Horticulture and/or Construction courses is a plus. COMPENSATION/BENEFITS The compensation is $23 to $27/hr depending on experience & licensing. Benefits include use of a company truck for work, medical, dental & vision insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays and a 401K plan with a company match up to $2000.
