Evening Janitor Needed / Full Time

FGS Facilities Group is looking to hire someone for an open evening janitor position. This position will include you driving a company vehicle daily. You will be joining a group of mobile janitors who's job is to clean and check multiple sites nightly. All equipment and cleaning materials will be those of FGS. Everything to perform your job is provided to you. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Work Times: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM. Overtime may be granted and is mandatory. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to janitorial cleaning, empty trash, dusting and mopping, vacuuming, general office cleaning, carpet cleaning and hard surface floor cleaning. • Clean building carpeted floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming. • Gather and empty restroom, food and other trash. • Service, clean, and supply restrooms. • Clean windows, glass, partitions, and mirrors. • Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Valid CA Drivers License • Ability to work with a team and work with others. • Ability to communicate with others. • Abel to lift over 25 pounds • A smart phone with an ability to learn our internal clock in / clock out software • Ability to communicate with others. • Ability to take direction, instruction and learn in an ever changing environment.
