WALLINGFORD, CT — Two lanes are closed on I-91 South in Wallingford after a crash involving a tractor-trailer that went down an embankment in the area of Exits 14 and 13, according to state transportation officials. The two right lanes are closed. It could take several hours to clear the scene, according to the state DOT.
