Mobile Home park has an open position for an experienced maintenance person. Must have a valid Driver's License and able to pass a background check. 90 % of duties are grounds with very little home maintenance. All our residents own their homes so are responsible for their own repairs. We are needing snow plow experience and the ability to operate all lawn maintenance equipment. Some construction experience us helpful. This is an immediate hire position.
