Position Overview: Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities, equipment, and grounds on and around company premises. Responsible for such upkeep to provide a safe environment for all employees and visitors. Work as required in the warehouse (shipping/receiving) to ensure timely order fulfillment to meet company shipping objectives and proper storage of goods. This includes but is not limited to: order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, inventory receipt or transfer, and monthly inventory counting. Stocking of received product from the loading dock to the general warehouse, and from the general warehouse to order pulling area. Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance and repairs as needed. Find and coordinates outside contractors with the Manager for scheduled or potential larger projects as needed. Responsible for Grounds landscape and maintenance.Troubleshoot office equipment and security systems as related to building access, alarm, and fire. Available and "On-Call" for any intermittent notifications or third party contacts related to alarm, fire, or other. Repair and maintain office and warehouse equipment and machinery as required. Build cubicles, and or repair office furniture and additions as needed.Day-end cleaning of facilities, warehouse & work areas as required.
