Description
Escapes Fence &Deck, is looking to hire a new crew member/laborer. Looking for a responsible, hard working person with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is excellent at following directions and pays attention to detail. Experience in fence or deck construction is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
-Attendance and reliability are a must.
-Must speak fluent English.
-This is a labor position, and does require heavy lifting.
-Position requires reliable transportation to our Lake Stevens shop.
-Must have valid WA State Driver's License and be insurable to be considered.
Crews work 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday. So you always get a 3 day weekend! Our crews work rain or shine, so you must be prepared to work outdoors in any weather. We are a growing company, so there is growth potential for a motivated person. Paid holidays. Looking to have someone start as soon as possible.
