Job Duties Reading and interpreting work documentation, including quotes, work orders, invoices, schematics, and manufacturer's specifications. Troubleshooting and servicing circulating, heating, filtering, and electrical systems as well as hot tub/spa structures. Inspecting and testing the performance and function of a variety of equipment. Replacing and repairing faulty parts, components r structures. Using a variety of hand tools for repair and replacement purposes, including hammers, chisels, wrenches, glue, saw, epoxy, lubricants, shop vac, and pipe cutters. Keeping pace with work scheduling requirements. Completing work documentation such as timesheets, work orders, invoices to record parts used, nature and scope of service problems warranty coverage, serial numbers, and pressure & gauge readings in a clear accurate way to company standards. Communicating with customers, co-workers, supervisors, and sub-trades personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar for service appointments. May be assigned to other areas if necessary. Requirements Clean Driving Record with driver's license. Ability to pass a background ground screening. High School Diploma or equivalent. Good customer interaction skills with a clean appearance. Excellent phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice. Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail. Passion for problem-solving. Electrical Background Beneficial All new hires will undergo on the job training, “Hot Tub” experience not required.
