Cash will never be offered and you will be put on payroll. If you are not fine with tax deductions, this is not the job for you. SSN or ITIN & I-766/Employment Authorization Document is required. On a daily basis we do mowing, weed whacking, trimming, lay rocks and mulch, etc. Experience in lawn service or similar work is preferred. We work 9 hour days Monday through Saturday, ~54 hrs/wk WE PAY WEEKLY! Pay starts at $13/hr but goes up based on the skills you develop, your work ethic, and your previous experience. *We also pay the toll to get to Sanibel and overtime 14 hrs (time and a half); details will be discussed by phone call. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to follow directions in English Conversational fluency in English SSN or ITIN & I-766/Employment Authorization Document Quick learner Use equipment with care (my mower is not your go kart) Strong work ethic Attention to detail Take proper safety precautions Ability to carry 50+ lb while climbing a ladder Reliable transportation to get to and from work Be able to pass a background check No smoking or dipping on the job
