The Position: No experience is needed for this position! We offer on-site paid training. Learn new skills and work independently outdoors. As a maintenance technician, you will learn about water chemistry, swimming pool filtration and control systems. Employees will be provided with a company vehicle to complete daily routes. What We are Looking for in a Potential Candidate: -A clean driver’s license with one infraction or less. If two infractions must be two years or older. -A clean background check. If any convictions they must be 4 years or older, which will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis -Time management -Reliability -Ability to lift at least 40 pounds Why you should apply to our company: -Time off on Memorial-Labor July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Day. -$15.00 per hour ($13.00 during the first month of training) and 5% pay increase each year. -Weekends off -Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays after 1 year -Contribution to health and dental benefits after 1 year -Overtime available during busy season -Yearly bonuses up to $1,200 -Work independently -Work outdoors Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour
