SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police and unedited by Patch: On Feb. 2 at 5:03 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Brandon Henderson of Flushing, NY for one outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $150. Mr. Henderson was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Feb. 3 at 12:18 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old male, Rohan Dave of North Bergen, NJ and a 20-year-old male, Justin Paulino of North Bergen, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Paulino was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Dave was served his complaint summons along with 10 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Feb. 3 at 4:37 a.m., while on patrol, the Secaucus Police observed an individual believed to be urinating in public in the area of 550 Secaucus Road. The police then observed the individual enter a motor vehicle and operate the vehicle until it came to a stop in the middle of Secaucus Road, where the individual then got out of the motor vehicle and stood in the middle of the roadway. A motor vehicle stop was conducted with the suspect and the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Bryan Villalta-Rojas of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50], Interference with Transport [2C:33-14A(5)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Mr. Villalta-Rojas was issued his complaint summons, a special complaint summons for Public Urination [T.O. 106-1], a motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional six motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult. On Feb. 3 at 1:12 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old male, Ahmadou Sene of New York, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35 10A(4)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)]. Mr. Sene was issued his complaint summons along with 8 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Feb. 3 at 10:10 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 20-year-old male, Hocine Messaoudi of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $500. Mr. Messaoudi was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued one motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. On Feb. 4 at 2:41 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Mahmoud Ibrahim of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Ibrahim was served his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On Feb. 4 at 11:00 a.m., a 40-year-old female, Dorothy Love of Secaucus, NJ entered Secaucus Police Headquarters and she was taken into custody for Falsification of a Firearms Application [2C:39-10C]. Ms. Love was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $150.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $130.00. Ms. Love was served her complaint summons, posted bail for both involved warrants and was released from police custody. On Feb. 5 at 3:19 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle disabled and stuck in the snow in the area of 210 Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old male, Bryan Peck of Toms River, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Peck was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 2 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult. On Feb. 7 at 11:01 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Ivan Ventura of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Ventura was issued his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
