Platinum Pet Hotels is seeking experienced Doggie Day Care Team Members and Front Desk Managers to join our dedicated team in Asheville. We are seeking hardworking and enthusiastic team players to provide excellent customer service while assisting with Doggie Day Care and Boarding, heavy cleaning and play yard monitoring. Applicants must be able to work in a team environment, at a fast pace and have exceptional customer service skills! Applicants must be at least 18 years or older. Team Member duties include: MONITORING DOGS IN THE PLAY YARDS! Maintaining a clean environment Feeding, cleaning suites, lifting heavy items Constantly walking and interacting with dogs and team members MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT! Provide excellent customer service Managing schedules and appointments Checking in and out dogs Making personal contact with our clients Friendly, organized and customer service driven Able to work in an extremely fast paced work environment. Team Members must be active and attentive at all times. MUST LOVE DOGS - the love, the noise, the hair, the messes and the doggie drool!!! Candidates must be punctual with flexible or open availability, including weekends and holidays, as we are open for business 365 days a year. Weekends and holidays are required, but time off is permitted with advance notice.
