We are growing throughout Charleston! • Check-in all product deliveries and assist other team members with inventory • Make sure entire warehouse facility stays clean and organized • Prep all jobs for installation (Clean & repair as needed) before they go out with a crew • Meet crews in the morning, check-in materials and paperwork before helping crews take new product out • Order and obtain all stocked materials with Production Manager (PM) & Project Coordinator (PC) • Keep our facility and our materials locked and protected at all times • Close and lock gate at the end of day • Service customers as needed in all aspects of our scope of work regarding the installation of windows and doors. Drilling and adding anchors as needed, interior finish and exterior finish, product operation and replacement glass and/or service parts as needed • Sit in on inspections as needed, meet homeowner and building department officials and make sure we pass inspection. Complete the installation as needed depending on Building Department requirements. -Organize all materials - structural mulls, interior trim, PT lumber and brickmould. Cut as needed prior to job and materials being given to a crew • Conduct job-site visits as needed to ensure customer satisfaction • Services may include, but are not limited to: Glass replacement, screen repair, caulking, stucco, re-installation of products, replacing faux marble sills, floor and tile repair, water leaks, cleaning, shutter removal (etc.) Benefits: Medical Dental Vision
