Sacred Wood Essence Ashland, OR 97520 Job details Pay $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Job type - Part-time Schedule - Monday to Friday Benefits - Flexible schedule - Employee discount Job description: Production Technicians serve the purpose of producing and packaging inventory and managing the resources to make that inventory. Other responsibilities may include packing retail and wholesale orders. All tasks performed are light and repetitive, working with palo santo incense wood, palo santo oil and other essential oil and incense products. Technicians need to be able to: Work repeatedly for 4 hour periods Be Available for 10-20 hours a week Have a consistent work schedule Can lift 30 lbs Good communication skills Self-managing Attention to detail and quality Can be efficient and productive Has the capacity and willingness to grow into other duties Is neat and tidy Has a peaceful and aware demeanor. Motivated to do an excellent job and help the company be successful Schedule 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (This schedule can be adjusted to meet the needs of social distancing and staff) Extra hours and production may be needed upon request. All scheduling changes and time off the need to be approved by the manager. Tasks Packing Orders at the beginning of each shift Communicating orders that are back ordered or on hold Receiving goods and putting them away Doing a daily inventory of products Hand creating a variety of palo santo products Packaging raw palo santo products Bi-monthly inventory Noting Low inventory of production Supplies Taking out the garage Breaking down boxes Vacuuming and cleaning surfaces of production area after each shift Bi-monthly cleaning of shared workspace *
