ELMHURST, IL — Two men were charged with fighting in public about 9:30 p.m. Sunday night in the 500 block of South York Street in Elmhurst, police said. The men were Donal G. McDaid, 52, of Elmhurst, and James P. Lafferty, 51, of Cicero, according to a police report. After ordering an Uber, Lafferty was involved in an argument with McDaid and a physical fight ensued, according to the report. They were charged and then released.
