We are looking for a Client Service Representative in the city of Montebello, CA! Primary Job Functions • Operational Tasks The Client Service Representative is responsible for: o Overseeing all aspects of a clients’ day-to-day operations with Fulfillment Express. This includes reviewing all applicable reports to ensure that the clients’ business is being handled efficiently and effectively. o Ensuring prompt replies to all client inquiries, by e-mail, telephone or any other applicable medium. o Effectively overseeing delegated tasks. o Ensuring all orders and production tasks are completed timely and accurately for assigned clients. o Overseeing all orders which require special handling, such as orders for which there is a routing guide. o Complete all required paperwork for shipments. Examples: Bills of Lading, International Documentation, Etc. o Complete all required EDI transactions for assigned clients. o Building and maintaining strong working relationships with assigned clients representing Fulfillment Express, Inc. as a strategic and invaluable resource and business partner. o Ensuring all work done for assigned clients is completed in the most efficient and effective way possible. o Managing client projects at Fulfillment Express, Inc. from start to finish. o Maintaining a working knowledge of all customer service activity provided by Fulfillment Express, Inc. on behalf of the client. o The Account Executive reports directly to the Director of Client Service but may also be assigned tasks directly by other upper management and administration personnel. o It is the responsibility of the Account Executive to delegate tasks as necessary to ensure that each of the above responsibilities is carried out with the utmost efficiency.
