1885 Grill and Gate City have partnered to bring you our first-ever beer dinner. Come enjoy four courses of our coastal favorites paired with Gate City's craft local beers. Your ticket will include a $10 gift card to come dine with us again at your leisure. Slightly bitter with notes of caramel, Gate City Copperhead will give you a warm welcome when you arrive. As an appetizer you'll have the Citras Maximus IPL, the tropical flavors will pair well with the orange liquor in the seared scallops. The next course is the kale salad paired with the Awe Juice IPA, this fruity beer will go well with the hint of sweetness on your kale salad. The entree will be pineapple filet kabobs paired with OTP, with notes of honey and grapefruit this beer will be a welcome change of pace to the savory filet. For Dessert, you can look forward to a brownie paired with Golden ember, a seasonal white stout. With the sweet notes of white chocolate and, cocoa nibs this will be a perfect complement to the end of your meal.
