Join us for a FREE Valentine Themed Yoga class- Be My Partner Yoga! This is a socially distanced event! Join us for a FREE yoga class on Saturday, February 13th at 11:15 AM on the basketball court at Concourse Athletic Club! You agree to the following: Waiver of Liability: The undersigned guest agrees to abide by the rules of the Concourse Athletic Club (hereafter known as The Club), including limitations on the number of visits permitted. The undersigned guest also agrees that all use of The Club facilities shall be undertaken at his (her) sole risk, and The Club shall not be liable for any injuries to him (her) or his (her) property, or be subject to any claim demand, injury or damages whatsoever, including, without any limitations, those damages resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of The Club, its officers or agents. The guest, for himself (herself) and on behalf of his (her) executors, administrators and assigns, does hereby expressly forever release and discharge The Club, its successors and assigns, as we as its officers and agents, for all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action.
