"Movement with the Moon", Feb. 26th from 7-9pm: an intimate ceremony of yoga and meditation focused around February's Snow Full Moon
A Full Snow Moon ritual is a ceremony of sorts or some symbolic action that occurs on the night of the full moon. It can be a formal ceremony or a more casual intentional action. It can be a symbolic behavior or event that you observe during the full moon, with the purpose of using the energy of that moon to impact your life in some way.
Full moons are thought to be powerful sources of energy, but that energy can be used for good or it can wreak havoc on your life. It all depends how you approach it and how you harness those energetic qualities to amplify what is already taking place in your life.
Think of a Full Snow Moon ritual as an empowering practice that focuses on transformation and spirituality during a full moon — this ritual taps into your unconscious mind and helps to stimulate change deep within by harnessing the energy of the moon.
Join me on Feb. 26th from 7pm to 9pm for an intimate gathering of yoga, releasing, intention setting, meditation, and a Full Moon Ceremony.
This ceremony will be focused and purposeful to release and renew. We will have a 45 minute Yin Yoga flow, followed by some grounding tea, journaling, and a guided meditation. This will be a very intimate gathering of only 10 individuals.
Registration ends at noon on February 25th.
