Description
I occasionally run across subwoofers where the amps are down but the cabinets and drivers are fine. As it is now, to repair a Velodyne sub amp, for instance, means shipping the plate amp away to some far off place and paying a $50 diagnostic fee, and then an average of $350 for a repair job and shipping costs back. This seems unreasonable when perhaps the only problem, a likely one, is power caps.
